Hello everyone! Secretive gave me this mask that I am going to review in this post along with the previous review of the Sexy Look Hello Kitty mask. This time, it's Lovemore Electric Ore Peptide Duo Lifting Mask!

It comes in a box but the box got a ltitle squashed. Nevertheless, it's a pretty light green color and the packaging is really cute.

There is a little flap that opens out like that which makes it unique and a little more interesting than the usual packaging of masks. I really like that as it gives a little element of surprise.

There are 3 different ranges for this mask, namely Whitening, Hydrating and Lifting. The colors for each type of mask is shown below. Mine is the green one which means it's for lifting which is suitable for me! I always am finding masks or products that claim to make my face slimmer, smaller or lifted.

Me with the mask on! The mask is rather textured as you can see in the pictures below. It doesn't have a strong scent and I just can't figured out how to describe it. The only thing I can say is that it is fresh. The mask doesn't contain as much essence as the Hello Kitty one but it is sufficient.

As it is a 3D mask, there are loops where I can loop around my ears. Also, the mask includes the neck area. I think that these kind of 3D masks are commonn in the market now. I like them too as I can continue doing my things easily without worrying them falling or sliding off my face. Also, I do feel that it's 'lifting'.

But I must say, that the essence is sticky. After application, my face felt tighter and sticky. It may be good that it's tight because at the end, it is a lifting mask. But I just do not like the after feeling. It does not feel comfortable on my skin. But overall, it's an okay mask.

What's my color? BLUE! I just love the different shades of Blue! I feel like that the color Blue can be soft and gentle like sky blue and also intense and fierce like a deep dark blue. The 2 extreme Blues seem like they fit me as I can be both inside me too. How awesome is Blue? Look at the pictures below! :D

I'm not a huge Hello Kitty fan, but I got to admit that the packaging of this mask is pretty cute! Sexy Look has been in the market for quite some time I supposed, as it's not a new brand to me. This product that I'm going to review is their Hello Kitty Perfect Hydrating Mask.

How cute is the packaging? There are 5 pieces of masks that is packaged inside a semi-transparent plastic box. It's cute and innovative. And not to mention that I really like the color scheme and dotted pattern.

Effects: Strawberry Essence to help tighten up large and visible pores. Collagen and Royal Jelly Essence help keep skin hydrated for that soft and glowing complexion.

The shape of the packaging of the mask if pretty interesting wih the scallop cutout at the top. Also, normally the little tab area where we are supposed to tear at is at the top. But for this Hello Kitty mask, it's situated at the bottom.

There's a lot of essence inside! It was dripping a lot when I took the mask out of the packaging. And there's a lot more essence inside the packaging as well! Don't waste ah! Use the remaining one on your body!

As seen in the picture below where I have placed the mask on my face, it fits my face perfectly and my face isn't the smallest face. The eye area is big enough for my eyes. The first thing I noticed with this mask is how smooth and moist it is! It may just be the smoothest mask of all that I have tried. The smell reminds me of Strawberry Milk and it is lovely.

I used the mask just before I go to bed. It's relaxing and soothes my skin well. I woke up the next morning with smooth and hydrated refreshed skin. I didn't know how dehydrated my skin was before using the mask. Now I realized that even though my skin doesn't peel and scream for more water, doesn't mean that it does not need hydration. My skin is actually really thirsty! So glad that I get the chance to try this mask out. My makeup application was easier and my makeup lasted longer. Not to mention smoother, softer and more refreshed skin.

HELLO! Hope everyone's been great lately. I've recently been invited by Huntington Communications for a Garnier event. It's for their newly launched Pure Active range, namely the 2-in-1 Tinted Pimple Roll-On. I'm sure some of you had already seen the TVC that has been airing on TV.

It was held at Once Upon A Milkshake and that's how we are seated. It was more of a casual thing.

I met the pretty Claire and thanks to Catherine who invited me to the event. If not for me, I would not be able to attend this, so thank you Catherine!

Didn't take a lot of pictures on the event day itself as there wasn't a lot to take. Gladys explained and introdued us to the new star product which is the 2-in-1 Tinted Pimple Roll-On. Benjamin on the other hand explained the Garnier Men products. Both of them are in the picture below. The is the only pictures of them as the others are not very glam. Haha! I also met Janice who speaks awesome and has gorgeous skin!

What I got within my goodie bag. I have to say that they are pretty generous! Just nice I just finished my last drop of eye makeup remover and have been using the Garnier one. Love how the packaging it and it removes my eye makeup quite well.

Now to move on to the star product. This is part of their new line, Pure Active. I'm sure some of us have heard of this product before, I have. I saw these overseas on Youtube and was wondering when will it come to Singapore and now it has!

There are 2 very important ingredients that make this star product THE star product!

1. Mineral Pigments: This is used as the tint and acts as a concealer.

2. HerbaSoothe: This is used to care and treat your zit.

It comes in a Garnier-Famous roll on packaging. Honestly, I have bought quite a number of products from Garnier with this kind of roll on packaging, which always fails me. I brought it out to freshen my eyes with the Yellow product and the cap broke and product leaked everything in my bag. But hopefully, the quality is better.

Blends perfectly right? It's great to finally have a skincare product that treat zits and at the same time have some coverage as well so we do not have to go out hidious with obvious pimple cream on.

So anyways, I've got my hands on Christian Dior's Dior Addict lipstick. I have the sample size so this is not the full size one. Look how pretty the packaging is! The transparent reflective plastic cap reflects various colors when the light hits it.

The color I got is a beautiful blue-tone red. It's difficult to catch the true color via photos because it's so moisturizing that it reflects the light.

Dior Addicts lipsticks are hydrating in my perception. Just look at the swatch below, doesn't it looking amazingly moisturizing? It glides on really well but not extremely pigmented. But I got no problem with that. The color is a faint cherry red that would give the face some color.

Before and after swatches on the lipsticks. I felt that my lips look fuller and healthier. Look how old my lips look without anything on! HORROR!

But of course, since it is hydrating, it didn't last very long. Maybe after 1 - 2 hours, and it's gone. Not that I'm complaining though, long lasting lip sticks tend to dry my lips out and leave patches which is quite unsightly. So this is rather alright to me.

Here are my new goodies from Maybelline! I was a guest of Joanna who was invited to the product launch party. I didn't know what products I was going to find at the event but was super excited that I saw the bouncy blushes! I saw those on various overseas Youtube videos and they looked like they feel amazing. But they changed the name to Jelly Glow instead.

It's at Covelli at Orchard Central, very well hiden place, very cozy as well.

This cute and bubbly lady from Maybelline explained and hosted the whole event.

Had potato soup! Sarah says her soup was smiling. Mine wasn't.

Dessert that looks good but too sweet for my liking.

My table mates! Finally met Roseanne and Eliza after such a long time! And of course, Joanna and Joyce.

Other than Sarah and Joanna, the other 2 are new found friends. Gorgeous Claire and lovely Patricia.

Love Bonito was part of the event too. We had the luxury of watching 2 runway shows. Gorgeous ladies rocking Love Bonito's apparels.

They had a famous local artist draw this awesome doodle.

Pretty Xin Yi! A few of us won the lucky draw and we get to walk away with a Love Bonito apparel each. I choose the only one which has sleeves.

Now on to the products.

Clear Smooth 8-in-1 Protection BB Cream Anti UV SPF50 PA+++:

Saw the advertisement for this new product in various magazines.

I quite like the texture of it! It isn't too thick which is always a good thing. Of course, it's a BB Cream thus there's only 1 shade that may not work for many.

It blends out to a semi dewy finish. I rather like it.

Jelly Glow Blushes:

I'm so excited for this product! Doesn't it look cool? It indeed is bouncy and the texture is so interesting!

See my fingerprint? Haha! BUT! After using a few days, the whole blush was pressed into the pot, looking smushed and gross. Looks pretty, sounds pretty but not so after a while.

The color is not bad! As I use my fingers to apply the blush, I do it before I put on my foundation so that it gives a natural glow and doesn't mess up my foundation if Iput it over.

Magnum Volume Express Ultracomb:

The unique point about this mascara is the brush applicator. It is said to tailor for asian lashes, thus a rubber comb. I don't like it. I like mascara that clumps a little so that my lashes do not look that sparse. It'll work for people who has naturally longer lashes, in my opinion.

Master White Eyeliner:

Ah, I don't really care for this product either. I don't normally wear white/peach eyeliner on my waterline. And this isn't the creamiest product either. But, it's okay. Better than some other white eyeliners out there in the market.

Weekend is here! And I'm here to introduce you Maybelline's latest edition to their product shelves. I received these goodies from Maybelline during the Valentine's Day season thus the little candy bag. Yummy!

1). Lash Architect 4D False Lash Effect in 4 Dimensions Waterproof (SGD$27.90 from March 2012 onwards):

My lashes are very stubborn, and it's really very difficult to find a mascara that I like and will wear every single day. They are sticking straight and doesn't curl when though I use waterproof mascaras. You all know that my favourite is Pulse Perfection, but that's limited edition in Singapore. So I'm always on the lookout for mascaras that work on my stubborn lashes.

THIS 4D mascara WORKS on my lashes! 4D promises:

1D: Volume
2D: Length
3D: Texture
4D: Curl

I always use mascara under Kate's mascara base so I'm not sure about the length part of this 4D mascara. But overall, I really love this and have been using it ever since I got it.

2). Super Liner Luminizer Eyeliner (SGD$20.90 from March 2012 onwards):

Love the packaging!

Swatches of both colors. They are really not bad!

The color below that I tried on my lid is Blue. Looks dark but when under sunlight, it glistens, diamond-like. Really pretty! Besides these 2 colors, there is also a brown color. I think all 3 colors are wearable for the everyday. For the Blue and Purple, it's good to use it during lazy days but you want a pop of color. Just apply a neutral all over lid color and apply a colored eyeliner and it's good to go!

Overall, I'm impressed with the mascara the most! Hope you all enjoyed. Thanks! :D

Hello everyone! For this post, I'm going to write an in depth review for the Sexy Look Hello Ktty mask. Look how adorable the packaging is!

I was featured in the February issue of CLEO where I had a snippet in which I reviewed various different kinds of masks. CLEO has the courtesy to sponsor me the masks for the feature in 'Beauty Bar'. It has so little space so I could not elaborate much. Thus, a whole post for this mask.

Look at the packaging! Isn't it cute! Hello Kitty showing us how to wear this mask. Look how fair and gorgeous Hello Kitty is in PIcture 4! Hahahaha!

What I like about this mask is the ear hooks and how there's an extended mask to cover the chin area as well.

But the sad thing was that the mask was too small for my face! I would expect the mask to be bigger since Hello Kitty does not exactly has a small face. Look how red my ear was. Maybe it's just me that has this problem. :( Me and my big face.

This mask is really not bad. After application, my face looks fairer and hydrated as seen in the before and after pictures below. The essence did not absorb as quickly as I wanted it to but at least it didn't drip down my neck when I had the mask on. It felt a little sticky but once the essence is absorbed by the skin, all's good.

I don't mind using this mask but it did not overtake other masks that I love so I would not purchase it. Thanks for reading everyone! :D

OH MY GOODNESS! I have no idea what am I doing not checking thse nail polihes out EARLIER! I just changed my nail polish and now I have Essence's Time For Romance on. How pretty is this color!

Essence's nail polishes are SGD$2.80 each and can only be found at Watsons at Ngee Ann City. Not only their nail polishes inexpensive, their other products are all inexpensive too.

I love the deep burgendy red color, but with rainbow color glitters. GORGEOUS! I have 2 coats on.

Look at my stash of Essence nail polishes. I only been there TWICE and I got myself 6 nail polishes. The quality of these are amazing and the colors are amazing. If you haven't got them, what are you waiting for? :D
